Members Yearbooks
Yearbooks are valid from 1st January to 31st December inclusive. They are available from tackle shops in the Bradford and Keighley area as well as by post from the General Secretary. and also available to buy online direct from the club. Yearbooks are usually available from late December.

If applying by post, please make your cheque payable to Bingley Angling Club and enclose a stamped addressed envelope (C6 size and first class stamp is good).
Current Membership Rates
- Entry fee – £5.00 – NOTE: this fee APPLIES to all levels of membership except Juniors
NB: Entry fee will be waived on the production of proof of continuous membership from the previous year. i.e. production of yearbook - Senior – £35.00
- Ladies – £20.00
- Senior Citizens (Above current state retirement age) – £20.00
- Concessionary** – £23.00
- Junior (Under 16 yrs at time of purchase) – £12.00
- Carp Permit – £6.00 – NOTE: This entitles you to fish with 2 rods for CARP at Coppice Pond, Teapot Dam, the Leeds and Liverpool Canal.
Please ensure you read and understand the two rod rules for carp
**Registered Disabled. A person who is substantially and permanently handicapped by illness, injury or congenital deformity or registered disabled and unfit for work may apply to the Secretary for concessionary membership. Applications providing proof of disablement or unfitness for work should be sent with a stamped, self addressed envelope for reply to the Secretary.
Carp Permits
If you have bought your book from an agent and wish to use 2 rods for Carp at Coppice Pond, Teapot Dam & Leeds and Liverpool Canal – you will need a Carp Permit – Carp permits are available by from the Club Secretary (post purchase) – at a cost of £6.00
In order to receive your Carp Permit you will need to send your yearbook, along with payment and a Stamped Addressed Envelope to:

Please do not send cash through the post as we accept no responsibility for lost cash when posted.
If you are buying your yearbook online can also order your Carp Permit at the same time as your book – the book will then come complete with the permit when you order it.
Please note: Carp Permits Online can ONLY be bought at the same time as buying your book from the online shop – they are not available as a separate item. if you buy your book online without a Carp Permit you will need to follow the procedure outlined above.
Please be aware that a Carp Permit allows you to fish 2 rods on selected waters when fishing for Carp Only.
It does not allow the use of 2 rods – say – one for Carp and a float/ feeder rod for tench or other species.
When using 2 rods for Carp the Club Rules (section 14) allowing this must be followed.
Non Members’ Day Tickets
Day Ticket Prices – Seniors – £4.00 Juniors, Ladies, Senior Citizens – £2.00
NOTE: Day Tickets are ONLY available for the waters listed below and MUST be purchased before starting to fish.
- River Aire (Bingley)
- Leeds & Liverpool Canal
- Sunnydale Reservoir
All other waters are strictly members only and require a full members yearbook.
Day tickets are available from:
- Cleggs Newsagents, Canal Road, Crossflatts.
- KL Tackle, North Street, Keighley.
Waters such as Boston Spa and Coppice Pond ARE NOT day ticket waters.
Any angler fishing without a members book or day ticket (on day ticket waters) will be charged double the standard ticket price on the bank.

Members’ Guest Tickets
Members’ Guest Tickets are available from the Secretary for £8.00, they may be used by members to introduce a guest to Club waters normally inaccessible to non-members.

A printable Guest Ticket Application is here, paper versions are also available by post. Send the completed form with a cheque/PO for £8.00 made payable to Bingley Angling Club along with an SAE for reply to the Secretary for verification (please allow adequate time prior to fishing date).
Guest tickets are not available for 25th March, 16th June or any Bank Holidays.
The member who applies for the Guest Ticket must accompany their guest at the water, and make them aware of all Club rules which are applicable.
An individual guest is restricted to two visits to club waters during any one year.
If the guest subsequently wishes to join the club, the amount received in payment for their guest ticket will be deducted from the cost of the current entrance and membership fee, providing that application is made direct to the Secretary. Please do not send cash, make cheques/postal orders payable to Bingley Angling Club and remember to send an SAE for return.
