Many local anglers will have been familiar with Bruno Carette a long standing club member who was involved in coaching junior members. A first class matchman, Bruno was an inspirational figure for young anglers and gave many a life long passion for our sport. Bruno passed away on June 19th, Bingley AC sends our deepest sympathy to the Carette family.

Would all members please note that we have had two reports of thefts of items from vehicles parked on the estate (both have been vans) over the last couple of weeks. So please don’t leave anything valuable in your vehicle while it’s parked at St. Ives.

Would all members wishing to book fishing at East Riddlesden Hall or Eldwick Compensation Reservoir please note that the number you need to call has changed. The new number is 07585584516, apologies to any members who have had difficulty contacting us on the old number recently.

This Sundays’ match, previously publicised as being at Eldwick Compensation Reservoir will now be held at Settler Dam, draw 9am. The Match Secretary apologises for the late notice and for any inconvenience caused, call him on 07971 428678 to book a peg.
